Dantes Inferno Workout

Dante's Inferno Workout - FREE - same park, but other side of the skate park (where the hills are) :)

 

A test of fitness in five fun levels (the workout wont' be fun, it'll be hellish, but the chit chat round it will be great I'm sure :)

 

There are three hills - tree hill, medium hill and large hill (they probably need better names :) that form the workout and two exercises, squats and push ups (or box push ups - whichever you can manage)

 

 

You can aim for whatever level you like, either set that at the start, or keep going until you can't do any more. If you did all the way to level 5 - that'll take around 2 hours.

 

(This is a video of the hills - it's very dull, it will be replaced when I have some footage of people doing the workout :) 



 

Level 1

 

5 squats, 5 press ups, 5 hill runs up tree hill

5 squats, 5 press ups, 5 hill runs up medium hill

5 squats, 5 press ups, 5 hill runs up large hill - jog back to tree hill

5 squats, 5 press ups 5 hill runs, up tree hill

 

Total: 20 squats, 20 press ups, 20 hills runs

 

Level 2 

 

10 squats, 10 press ups, 5 hill runs up tree hill

10 squats, 10 press ups, 5 hill runs up medium hill

10 squats, 10 press ups, 5 hill runs up large hill - jog back to tree hill

10 squats, 10 press ups 5 hill runs, up tree hill

 

Level 1+2 Total: 60 squats, 60 press ups, 40 hill runs 

 

Level 3

 

15 squats, 15 press ups, 5 hill runs up tree hill

15 squats, 15 press ups, 5 hill runs up medium hill

15 squats, 15 press ups, 5 hill runs up large hill - jog back to tree hill

15 squats, 15 press ups 5 hill runs, up tree hill

 

Level 1+2+3 Total: 120 squats, 120 press ups, 60 hill runs

 

Level 4

 

20 squats, 20 press ups, 5 hill runs up tree hill

20 squats, 20 press ups, 5 hill runs up medium hill

20 squats, 20 press ups, 5 hill runs up large hill - jog back to tree hill

20 squats, 20 press ups 5 hill runs, up tree hill

 

Level 1+2+3+4 Total: 200 squats, 400 press ups, 80 hill runs

 

Level 5

 

25 squats, 25 press ups, 5 hill runs up tree hill

25 squats, 25 press ups, 5 hill runs up medium hill

25 squats, 25 press ups, 5 hill runs up large hill - jog back to tree hill

25 squats, 25 press ups 5 hill runs, up tree hill

 

Level 1+2+3+4+5 Total: 300 squats, 300 press ups, 100 hill runs (and you're probably praying for death haha) 

 

You can just turn up, but it would be SUPER helpful to know numbers ASAP, so drop me a message with your chosen social please :)

Where: Just before you drive into Langold from Worksop on the A60 - there's a turning into the park. There is parking there, we will be right in front of the cafe on a large field with loads of room 

 

How long: Between 30 min and 2 hours (at a guess :)
