Over that time I've learned that most issues are subconscious, and working with the subconscious is the quickest way to get results for my clients.
What happens with a lot of therapy and pill based treatments is that they deal with the conscious. Which, though this can help, it is often like a plaster over a wound that will eventually bleed right through.
